HARRISBURG, Pa -- The Charlotte Eagles rallied to take their second consecutive victory with a 2-1 victory against the Harrisburg City Islanders on Friday night at Skyline Sports Complex on City Island in a rain-soaked encounter that saw a 1 hour, 22 minute lightning delay in the 32nd minute eventually gave way to a total of three second half goals.

ST JOHN’S, Antigua – The Charlotte Eagles took their first victory of the USL PRO season as an own goal by Antigua Barracuda FC defender Luke Blakely in the sixth minute and a stab home by Eagles forward Daryl Roberts in the 57th minute, which also deflected off the feet of Blakely, gave them a 2-0 victory at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium on Saturday night.

ST JOHN’S, Antigua – A powerful second half display by the Antigua Barracuda FC, led by two strikes from Stefan Smith, was enough to secure victory against the visiting Charlotte Eagles at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium on Thursday night. A late strike from the visitors piled the pressure on the home team but Antigua held on to earn three valuable points.

The Charlotte Eagles are proud to announce their 20th season as a professional franchise along with the Richmond Kickers and Charleston Battery. The Eagles kick off their 20th season with a home opener on Saturday, April 7, 2012 against the reigning 2011 USL PRO Champions the Orlando City Lions.
